• Support for every system we install

  One support path covers the IT, network, Wi-Fi, firewall, WAN, satellite, RF, AV, automation and infrastructure systems delivered by Ignition. Engineers work from the installed design and documentation rather than treating each fault in isolation.

• 24/7/365 ticket ownership

  Issues can be raised at any time and are logged, prioritised and owned through to resolution. The support process preserves technical context between shifts and keeps the vessel or site team informed as work progresses.

• Remote monitoring and diagnostics

  Where secure access is available, engineers examine alarms, logs, interface state, service health and configuration before deciding the next action. Many network and systems issues can be isolated or resolved without waiting for an onboard visit.

• On-site engineering response

  When remote action is not enough, the ticket history and diagnostic evidence give the attending engineer a clear technical starting point. On-site work, replacement, testing and recommissioning remain connected to the same support case.
